I am looking for real offer from end seller having pop in hand and also seller accept below procedure and all terms. Buyer is ready to send seller invitation to visit Dubai and meet buyer to finalize both oil deal and sign hard contract only important thing seller should be real and must provide partial pop during ttm against pof from buyer bank first ttm in Dubai and second ttm Moscow with actual refinery or end seller to finalize all technical aspect and to meet top officials from seller side.

Commodity: jet fuel oil
10, 000, 000 barrels x 12 (60) months.

Fixed price: USD - USD per bbl for 5 years.
Commission is USD 5/bbl
Seller side USD 2.50 per barrel
Buyer side USD 2.50 per barrel
Buyer acceptable payment & banking procedures
Seller sends FCO to the buyer.
Buyer sends ICPO to the seller.
Upon acceptance of draft contract, buyer and seller executes the contract.
Buyer and seller sign ncnd and mfpa.
Seller issues partial pop to the buyers bank
Buyers bank issue non -operative dlc.
Seller bank forward full pop to buyers bank.
Seller¦s bank issue non-operative 2% pb to the buyer's bank.
Buyer's bank issue 100% irrevocable, transferable /non- transferable, revolving, dlc for each cargo shipment of monthly delivery activated 2% pb. The sgs inspection charges will be borne by the seller. Shipment commence as per contract. Delivery commence as per contract. The seller will provide the following documents as pop.
